Large upper level in a 2 unit building. The bedrooms are enormous! This suite is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. MCPHILLIPS STATION CASINO is less than a 10 min drive away. Downtown, Mts center and The Forks all in 10 mins. Park for free in our parking lot. An excellent choice for work groups/crews.

Good to know

A comfortable home away from home, this house is very very spacious! Lots of windows to let in the natural light and a second story Balcony provides a light airy feel.

Other Details to Note

Must climb stairs upon entering the unit. Also please note, that we provide a starter set of toiletries ( toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash ) for the bathroom. We also provide salt/pepper and paper towels for the kitchen. Once these supplies run out, it is up to the guest to replenish them for their personal use.

1) Please do not move the furniture around..inside and outside furniture 2) No shoes in the house please. 3) No parties 4) No Pets 5) quiet time 11pm 6) Only toilet paper is to be flushed...no tampons, paper towels, cloth, etc 7) MINIMUM BOOKING AGE OF 25 8) Absolutely no smoking inside the house. $200 penalty for violating this rule 9) Do not use the white towels for makeup removal

This is a fairly quiet street in the historic St. John's neighborhood. Main Street is just 2 blocks away and so getting to and from anywhere is quite easy whether you are driving or taking the bus. You can spend many hours just relaxing and soaking up the sun on your own Private deck located on the Second floor.
