Welcome to our centrally located 3-story character home that is perfect for work crews or groups looking to stay near the airport and major healthcare facilities! Just blocks away from the Health Sciences Center, Women's Hospital, and Children's Clinic, as well as easy access to Downtown, Red River College, and The University of Winnipeg. Our spacious unit features 4 bedrooms, a living room, separate dining room, kitchen, one full bathroom, and an extra toilet room. Park for free in our gated back yard and enjoy the convenience of both front and rear access to the unit. Please note that there will be other guests on the main floor occupying the 2 other suites. Please be aware that this unit is spread out over the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs are a must. The house is located in a lower income neighborhood in downtown. The price includes mandatory mid-month cleanings. Please keep in mind that this unit is not recommended for families with young children. This is a very Large character home that has been converted into 3 separate units. This unit is the largest of the 3 with 4 Bedrooms , 1 full bathroom and an additional toilet room. You can access this suite from either the Front door or the rear access off the parking lot. It is an older home with lots of character and charm. Inside the suite, there is a winding staircase to the third floor bedroom and Living room which has a daybed. The unit is self contained and has everything you need to make yourselves comfortable. There are security cameras on the outside of the house and the property is fully fenced.

Other Details to Note

This unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. It is compact but the bedrooms are spacious. The house is very secure and there is coin operated laundry in the basement. It is an old house but it serves the purpose of having a place to call home while you are here for work or relocation. There will be noise from Hospital transportation vehicles ( Helicopters, Ambulances, Sirens) since we are within walking distance of at least 3 major Hospitals.
