Good to know

This home has two suites. One in the upper level and one on the lower. This is unit number one and is on the lower level. We do have tenants living in the upstairs suite. There are no shared spaces except for the yard. This unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials like Dishes and cutlery. In addition to the stove we've provided an air fryer to aid with your cooking needs. Insuite laundry is free. One parking spot available in the backyard

Other Details to Note

Please note a nominal $100 cleaning fee is charged at booking which covers the cleaning and restocking of amenities at the end of your stay. Also please note that this home is in very close proximity to at least 3 major Hospitals and is located downtown. Therefore, you can expect some noise from emergency vehicles ( ambulance, helicopter, etc)

1) Please do not move the furniture around..inside and outside furniture 2) No shoes in the house please. 3) No parties 4) No Pets 5) quiet time 11pm 6) Only toilet paper is to be flushed...no tampons, paper towels, cloth, etc 7) min booking age of 25 8) Absolutely no smoking inside the house. $200 penalty for violating this rule 9) Do not use the white towels for makeup removal 10) Please be aware that there will be a charge for any missing Bath Towels($15), Hand Towels ($10) or face rags ($5)!!
