Only 15 mins from the airport, this self contained main floor unit has everything you need to make yourself at home. Walking distance to the Health Sciences Center, Children's Hospital, Women's Hospital, U of W and Red River College Campuses. The MTS Center, The Concert Hall, Human rights Museum are also very close by. Not ideal for families with young children. Park for free in our gated back yard. Welcome!

This is a renovated Character House. The house has 3 individual suites each with it's own kitchen and bathroom. The main floor unit has 2 entrances and is equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home.

There are 3 units in this building so there will be other families occupying. those units during your stay. This suite is on the main floor and is completely separate. Please note that this is an old house. It provides adequate accommodations for the purpose of having a place to stay while visiting the city.

1) Please do not move the furniture around..inside and outside furniture 2) No shoes in the house please. 3) No parties 4) No Pets 5) quiet time 11pm 6) Only toilet paper is to be flushed...no tampons, paper towels, cloth, etc 7) min booking age of 25 8) Absolutely no smoking inside the house. $200 penalty for violating this rule 9) Do not use the white towels for makeup removal 10) Please be aware that there will be a charge for any missing Bath Towels($15), Hand Towels ($10) or face rags ($5)!!
