1) Please do not move the furniture around..inside and outside furniture 2) No shoes in the house please. 3) No parties 4) No Pets 5) quiet time 11pm 6) Only toilet paper is to be flushed...no tampons, paper towels, cloth, etc 7) MINIMUM BOOKING AGE OF 25 8) Absolutely no smoking inside the house. $200 penalty for violating this rule 9) Do not use the white towels for makeup removal

This is a fairly quiet street in the historic St. John's neighborhood. Main Street is just 2 blocks away and so getting to and from anywhere is quite easy whether you are driving or taking the bus. The outdoor space is fully fenced and private. There is an awesome tenant in the upstairs unit. You may hear the music from time to time. Enjoy!
