This duplex home is just 10 mins from Mcphillips Station Casino, MTS Center, The Forks and Downtown. The suite has Private Entrace and is located on the second floor of the home. Large windows throughout the unit allow the natural light pour in from all directions. This makes the unit very bright. During your stay you will have access to free on-site parking as well as many other amenities.

Unlock the door and climb the stairs to your second floor unit. This is a fully equipped and very private suite. Blinds and/or curtains cover all the windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. The grocery store is less than 5 mins away and there is easy access to Public transit. We also offer free on-site parking.
Other Details to Note
You must climb stairs to the suite. The main entrance is shared with the main floor tenants. You have a separate entrance to the unit from the foyer. Also please note, that we provide a starter set of toiletries ( toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash ) for the bathroom. We also provide salt/pepper and paper towels for the kitchen. Once these supplies run out, it is up to the guest to replenish them for their personal use.

Neighborhood
A relatively quiet street in a lively neighborhood. The red River is very close by as well as a few restaurants and parks. We are quite close to Main street which makes it easy to get around from here. Do expect some traffic noise. Also please note that this is a lower income neighborhood. A mix of home owners and renters.
